Wine List Workshop: Wine in Action

Following the success of our collaboration with the HRC Wine Bureau brand, we embraced a new challenge: how to make wine tastings not just delicious but also highly effective?

Core Idea:

Our goal was to create an interactive tasting format that combines education with practice, enabling participants to apply their knowledge in a practical way.

We decided to rethink the traditional approach to wine tastings, making them:

  • Dynamic: Short, intensive sessions that are easy to digest and reach a large number of participants.
  • Interactive: A format where each participant becomes part of the process, not just a listener.
  • Practically valuable: Everything learned during the tasting can be immediately applied in practice.

Project Stages:

What We Did

  • Developed an interactive format: Tastings became more like workshops, where participants actively engage with the trainer, the products, and each other.
  • Combined theory and practice: Minimal dry facts, maximum applied knowledge reinforced through sensory experiments.
  • Focused on business outcomes: Each tasting was designed to help the HRC by Wine Bureau team promote and sell the company’s best brands.

In collaboration with the creative team, we designed the workshop’s visual identity, created promotional content for social media, and planned a series of professional events to introduce and popularize the Wine List Workshop format.

This project successfully provided HoReCa professionals with a valuable and efficient tasting experience, enhancing their knowledge and appreciation of the company’s premium brands, ultimately boosting sales and customer satisfaction.
