Even leaders need change to stay ahead

Wine Bureau is a Ukrainian company that has earned the trust of thousands of customers since 2006, becoming an undisputed market leader. The company is a direct importer of over 4,000 wines and   1,000 spirits from 40 countries worldwide. In addition to beverages, Wine Bureau offers accessories and healthy products, operating across various sectors: retail chains, specialty stores, corporate clients, and, of course, HoReCa.

The company has built its success on three key values: fair pricing, integrity, and quality service. However, the HoReCa sector, being the most dynamic and demanding, required constant updates in approaches, new products, and creative solutions.

Project Description:

To strengthen the connection with the professional audience and refresh the brand’s perception, a strategic decision was made to create an autonomous brand for the HoReCa department. The goal was not only to develop this brand but also to clearly outline its advantages for restaurateurs, showcasing modernity, innovation, and competitiveness.

What we aimed to achieve
Our goal was to preserve the key advantages of Wine Bureau — reliability and high quality — while also attracting progressive restaurateurs and young, ambitious professionals. The new brand was meant to become not just a supplier but a true partner, perceived by clients as open, creative, inspiring, and trustworthy.

We aimed to maintain Winebureau’s key advantages – reliability and high quality – while attracting progressive restaurateurs and young, ambitious professionals in the HoReCa sector. Clients and employees wanted to see the new brand as an open, creative, inspiring, reliable, and honest partner.

Project Stages:

How We Did It

  • Market and Competitor Analysis we conducted an in-depth study of current trends and the competitive landscape to identify exactly what the audience expects.
  • Brand Strategy Development we defined the unique values and features of the new brand that would set it apart from others.
  • Communication Strategy Creation we developed key messages and effective channels to establish a dialogue with the target audience.
  • Content Strategy and Social Media we planned and created content that not only informs but also engages and inspires.

Together with the creative team, we also created the brand’s visual identity, social media content, new formats for professional client events, and marketing campaigns, including contests and promotions.

This project enabled Winebureau’s HoReCa department to establish a unique market position, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
